Our community sites
Our community services work across the borough of Croydon, in clinics, schools and homes, to keep people safe and well.
We offer a wide range of community health services for all ages from community midwives and health visitors looking after the very young, to district nurses and matrons, caring for older members of the community.
Our community services are a crucial part of the Trust's work and increasing numbers of people are using them, avoiding the need for hospital visits.
People are referred to these services by their GP or other health professionals, or after a stay in hospital. Our sites are spread across the borough to allow easy access for those who need to use them.
