To register you will need a working email address. At the point of registration, you will be requested to provide your date of birth, email address and mobile phone number. As part of the recommendation process, you’ll set up your own username and password. We recommend that you do not use a shared mobile number or email address when you sign up, to keep your sensitive health information confidential.

Can I access my GP record or other hospital records through MyCare?

No. Only appointments booked by Croydon University Hospital and Purley War Memorial Hospital can be viewed on the system. Patients can access their other hospital appointment information and primary care records via the NHS app.

NHS App

We at Croydon Health Services have started to integrate our local portal MyCare with the NHS app. From December, patients with a hospital appointment at Croydon University Hospital and/or Purley War Memorial Hospital, who are registered with MyCare, will be able to see their appointment information displayed on the NHS App.  Using the NHS App will provide you with access to your primary care record and appointments at other hospitals.

Can I change or cancel my appointments using MyCare?

The majority of appointments (and associated letter) will be available to read-only for the time being. However, over time you may be able to change or cancel appointments using MyCare Croydon Health Services.

Can I opt-out from receiving text messages to register for MyCare Croydon Health Services?

Yes. The text message provides the option to stop receiving any further messages. You can also opt-out from receiving messages once you are logged into MyCare Croydon Health Services, but then you will not receive notifications.
