Electronic referrals (eRS)

New services available

GP referrals to all of our consultant-led services are available through eRS.

The NHS e-Referrals Service (previously known as Choose and Book) is an electronic referral service that allows patients and their GPs to choose the location, time and date of their first outpatient appointment.

If you have any general queries about our services, or cannot find a service for CHS on eRS, please email us at CH-TR.eRS@nhs.net or call 020 8401 3000 x4060
