CHS publication scheme

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 all public authorities are required to have and operate a publication scheme approved by the Information Commissioner. The purpose of the Act is to promote greater openness by public authorities.

What do we publish

CHS has a legal duty to adopt and maintain a publication scheme to share Trust information. All of the information that we routinely publish is listed below. We will review our publication scheme at regular intervals and monitor how it is operating.

The publication scheme contains seven classes of information, which are detailed below. Some content under these headings is currently being reviewed to ensure it remains current and accurate.

Information released in the FOI Publication Scheme can be re-used free of charge under an open government licence. Further information can be found here: http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/version/3/
