You must always follow the instructions on your discharge letter
You will have a contact number from your surgical team on your letter where you can seek advice if you have any concerns following your procedure. The follow up care will be discussed with you and outlined in your discharge summary.
Follow up appointments
Follow up appointments now either take place face-to-face, over the telephone or via video consultation. Our staff will discuss this with you.
