Croydon's got talent with hit single Staff Survey Jingle!

We are expecting our Official Chart Number 1 plaque to arrive on our doorstep soon with the release of our official NHS Staff Survey jingle which was released this week.

The jingle encourages all of our staff to complete the survey which helps to improve the workplace environment of our trust.

Two of our fantastic Music and Dramatherapists, Toyosi and Emma (right), put their creative skills to the test, singing over the catchy TikTok viral hit Love Nwantiti (ah ahEmma Millard Toyosi ah) by Nigerian artist CKay. Those in the know will have heard this song first on the social media beast and if not, then maybe on repeat on the radio until you can’t take it anymore!

The Survey

The Staff Survey helps us understand what is working within the trust and what is not, with focus on improving the workplace environment for the future. Following last year’s survey feedback, we set up more staff networks, further improved our wellbeing offer and increased the visibility of our leadership team.

We are always looking for ways to improve our trust from a workplace and patient care perspective, thus, initiative like the staff survey are extremely important to us.
