Temporary closure of Selhurst Children’s Centre Well Baby clinic
We have announced the temporary closure of the Selhurst Children’s Centre 0-19 Well Baby Drop-In Clinic on Wednesday 24 June 2026, due to severe weather conditions.
The service, which normally supports families with infants and young children, will be closed between 9:30am and 11:00am following a red weather warning issued by the Met Office. The decision has been made to prioritise the safety of patients, families and staff during the period of extreme weather.
Parents and carers who were planning to attend the Selhurst session are being advised to use alternative arrangements. The next available drop-in clinic will take place at Woodside Health Centre, located at 3 Enmore Road, Croydon, SE25 5NT. This session is scheduled for Thursday 25 June 2026, running from 1:00pm to 2:30pm.
Despite the temporary closure, support will still be available remotely. Families can contact the 0-19 duty line on 0208 274 6006 between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, for advice or assistance.
