73 years young! NHS Big Tea Celebrations
5 July marks the 73rd birthday of the NHS and our dedicated charity is getting behind the celebrations by taking part in a nationwide event called ‘NHS Big Tea.’ What’s more, in true #TeamCroydon style we are turning the event into a week-long celebration.
The event will be an outpouring of thanks for NHS staff and volunteers and the charity is asking you to take some easy, tea-sy steps and get involved either at work, home or in your local community.
We're encouraging you to organise your own tea party to raise funds – all of which will go straight to improving the support the charity provides our staff and local communities.
This is a fun and free way to enjoy yourselves and show appreciation for your local NHS Trust.
