22 December 2017
NHS Improvement has confirmed that Ms Louise Cretton and Dr James Gillgrass have been reappointed as Non Executive Directors of Croydon Health Services NHS Trust (CHS) for a further six months.
Louise took up position as a Non Executive Director at the Trust in 2014. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge about markets, research and strategy. On top of establishing a medical practice, Dr Gillgrass has held a number of leadership positions in local GP organisations, including Chairman of the Croydon Local Medical Committee, Chief Executive of Surrey and Sussex Local Medical Committees and Chairman of the Practice Based Commissioning Group in Croydon. He was previously the Surrey and Croydon representative on the British Medical Association’s GP committee.
Louise and Dr Gillgrass’s next term of office will start on 1 January 2018 and end on 30 June 2018. Their remuneration is included in the Trust’s annual report and accounts here.
Consideration will be given to extending or a further re-appointment at the end of this term, depending on the needs of the Trust at the time.
