Improving the way we care
We're making some exciting changes behind the scenes to help improve your experience with our Sexual Health & HIV services.
From Monday 19 May 2025, we’ll be switching to a new computer system to manage patient care. This change is happening because our current system provider is closing down, and we've taken the opportunity to upgrade to something better.
After careful consideration, our team has chosen Inform Health as our new system provider. The new platform will continue to offer all the same services you’re used to—with a few extra benefits designed to make things easier for you.
One of the most exciting features is a modern online platform called Patient Health Record (PHR). With PHR, you’ll be able to:
- Book and manage your appointments
- View your test results
- Order free home STI testing kits
— all from one secure place, whenever it suits you.
