Croydon GP Hubs provider reprocured to provide primary care services to local residents

We’re pleased to confirm that the re-procurement process for GP hubs in Croydon has now been successfully completed, and the current provider, Primary Care Partners, will continue delivering primary care services at all three locations.
This means patients and local residents can continue to access appointments and services exactly as they do now, with no changes to staff, location or booking arrangements.
Where are the GP hubs?
The three GP hubs are located across the borough to provide greater access to urgent primary care services, especially in the evenings and at weekends. The service is available 7 days per week at
- Croydon University Hospital from 8am-10pm
- Purley War Memorial Hospital from 8am-8pm
- Parkway Health Centre, New Addington from 8am-8pm
Together, these hubs help to make it easier for Croydon residents to see a GP or nurse at a time that suits them, including outside normal working hours.
There is no need for patients to take any action. Appointments will continue to be available through NHS 111 and services will remain staffed by the same trusted, experienced teams.
The re-procurement was a part of a routine NHS process designed to ensure that services continue to deliver high-quality care and value for money for the local community.
