Calling all maternity patients - share your feedback!

Take a moment and help us shape our services, so we may continue to improve our care and support for women and families in Croydon

At Croydon Health Service, we are committed to providing Croydon residents the best care and support throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond.

CQC (Care Quality Commission), the independent regulator of health and social care in England, is currently conducting their routine inspections of our maternity services and is asking for your feedback so that they can monitor and assess our quality of care and services at the Trust.

If you have used any of our maternity services in the last 14 months, they would like to hear from you.

This is an independent survey and all information provided will be confidentially gathered by the CQC.

You don’t have to give your name, but your feedback will help us know what is working well and we can improve to enhance our care for Croydon.

To access the survey see CQC 2022 call for maternity feedback flyer or click here to go directly to the online form.

"Your feedback makes care better."
