What made you come to the Trust?

I have landed the perfect role working as part of the Listening into Action team and look forward to adding to the great work already in progress and to exploring new ways to ensure that staff are fully engaged and part of one organization, working towards the same goals. I look forward to hearing ideas on how we can do this and to turning ideas into reality. This role will also help improve my work/life balance.

What is the best thing about your job?

I work with a fantastic, supportive team.

When did you join CHS?

I joined the Trust in April 2014.

What made you come to the Trust?

I had a telephone conversation with our previous Trust Director of Nursing Zoe Packman about my role. After this conversation, I really got the impression that CHS was a very friendly place to work. Zoe explained that the role could be very challenging, and I do like a challenge.
