Your experiences, ideas and concerns can make a real difference to the patient care we offer. We would like to hear them.

‘Listening Into Action’ is a staff engagement programme that is already making a big difference to patients. Over the past year, the Trust has been harnessing the skills and knowledge of our teams to improve services. By listening to people, valuing their ideas and putting them into action we are improving our services and making the Trust a better place.

We are now extending this unique programme to local people, with two events for those who use our services.

The publication of the Francis Report has emphasised the need for NHS Trusts to be open, listen and respond. We want to hear what local people have to say about our services – both good and bad – and use what we hear to help us plan improvements.

Both events last two hours. They will be open, honest round-table conversations with the Trust team, to listen to your priorities and plan for the future,together.

We are asking people to reserve a space if they are attending, so that we can ensure that we have sufficient space for everyone.
