Can I pre-book an appointment?

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8.30am you can book an appointment to be seen later the same day by calling 020 8401 3002

How long do I have to wait if I just walk-in?

We aim to make your waiting time as short as possible. Please allow at least one hour for your visit, at busy times it may take longer. If you cannot wait, please speak to a member of staff who will let you know what options you have.

What are the options if I need advice after the clinic is closed?

If the clinic is closed and you need to be seen urgently, you can:

• Contact your GP or call NHS Direct 0845 46 47
• Go to the Accident and Emergency department at Croydon University Hospital (Mayday Road entrance)

Scan reports if you have them and if not already sent by the referrer.
