Learning disability services
The Joint Community Learning Disability Team is an integrated health and social care team based in the community, for adults with learning disabilities.
The team helps people with learning disabilities to live independently, arranges support at home or short breaks, helps people to move into supported living and supports them with their health and wellbeing.
Individuals can access the service who are over 18 years of age and have a clear and permanent learning disability.

The team is based at Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon and provides the following services for adults with learning disabilities:
- Care management
- Community nursing
- Dietician
- Independent living officers
- Physiotherapy
- Psychology
- Psychiatry
- Speech and language therapy
In December 2010 the Trust signed up to Mencap's "Getting It Right" charter for people wth a learning disability.
