What do I do if I haven’t received my appointment yet?

An appointment letter will be sent by post – usually within 10 days of receipt of the referral by the HVOP Team. If you need an urgent visit please contact the team prior to receipt of a letter.

What do I do if I want to change or cancel an appointment?

What should I bring to my appointment?
