What do I do if I haven’t received my appointment yet?

What do I do if I want to change or cancel an appointment?

Telephone the relevant department.  With some clinics you may be able to cancel your appointment via our individual department cancellation email addresses, which is on your appointment letter.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Your appointment letter giving directions to the department and important phone numbers in case you are delayed.  The letter will also have all the necessary information on what to bring with you, if anything is needed.

What time should I arrive for my appointment?

Ten minutes before your appointment time so that you can book in at reception (there may be a queue).  If you need to arrive any earlier your appointment letter will make that clear.
