Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation
The Croydon Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation programme is a 6 week exercise and education programme provided by a variety of healthcare professionals to help you manage your breathing condition in the best way possible.

Community Oxygen Assessment Service
This service will provide patients with a review of their blood gases and provide support and education for the appropriate use of oxygen therapy.

Acute

Consultant and nurse led management of acute and chronic respiratory disease.
