Bereavement Services

For over ten years Croydon Health Services Bereavement Service has offered support to the relatives and friends of those who die in Croydon University Hospital.
The service offers an opportunity to work through some of the painful emotions and difficulties following the death of a loved one in a confidential and supportive environment.

To make an appointment for an initial interview to discuss your needs please phone 020 8401 3105.
There is an answerphone service and your calls will be returned, ensuring privacy and sensitivity at all times.

A copy of our leaflet ‘Bereavement Support Service at Croydon University Hospital’ can be sent to you on request.
The chaplains may also be contacted on the above number for help and advice in making funeral arrangements.

N.B. Croydon Health Services Bereavement Service does not currently offer counselling support to children but the chaplain can assist parents in finding suitable support for bereaved children and young people.
