We promise the people of Croydon we will do our best to ensure:
-
You feel cared for

You feel in safe hands
-
You feel confident in your treatment
-

The development of a new integrated care organisation delivering both community and hospital services for the people of Croydon involves radically redesigning care pathways around the needs of the patient.
This will make a significant difference to the look, feel and experience for patients, visitors and staff in the coming years.
Our priorities are clearly defined through our five promises and we use them to guide future service delivery, the setting of corporate objectives and business planning.
The Trust is also focusing on:
- Meeting all of the core national operational performance targets
- Remaining compliant with the hygiene code and continuing its good track record on infection control
- Improving from “good” to “excellent” in the national Patient
Environment Action Team (PEAT) assessment for privacy, food and a clean
environment - Improving on the “good” rating in the Care Quality Commission’s annual evaluation
